Maaya's passion for music began at age five. With five years of vocal training, she performs pop and contemporary music with confidence, emotion and strong stage presence.
She has performed at more than 10 community and cultural events, including Christmas in the Park and the Downtown Campbell Farmers' Market, and earned Second Place in her age division at the San Francisco International Music Innovative Competition.
Maaya has also starred in lead roles in Aladdin, Willy Wonka, and The Aristocats. She has trained in Bharatanatyam for four years, plays keyboard and ukulele, and enjoys songwriting.
